We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate IT Systems Engineer to join our IT & Business Systems department at Swegon UK&I.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on IT support to our UK&I businesses, including key application support, core IT services, and IT infrastructure support. This role will involve driving service level improvements, acting as a key conduit to our main MSP, and promoting our service desk structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for server IT hardware estate, including managing third-party support agreements.
  • Work within a remote support environment.
  • Provide support for desktop IT hardware, including managing third-party support agreements.
  • Provide core business application support, including escalation to third parties.
  • Maintain printer fleet, including third-party support.
  • Maintain network infrastructure, including security in line with group guidance.
  • Manage company mobile fleet, including MDM.
  • Maintain company assets, including user allocation.
  • Provide hands-on IT support, while supporting key supplier partners.
  • Maintain relevant business IT accreditation.
  • Provide training for relevant applications.
Requirements:
  • 1st and 2nd line IT support experience.
  • Server management.
  • Remote Support.
  • Networking experience, including TCP/IP, WI-FI, and security.
  • Project experience.
