Job Title: Lighting Control Engineer

Rullion is seeking an experienced Lighting Control Engineer to join our client's solutions delivery and design team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of building lighting systems and the ability to work autonomously with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement lighting control systems for a range of buildings, from small to large and complex.
  • Configure software and commission lighting control systems.
  • Coordinate the delivery of separate packages with external suppliers and internal resources.
Requirements:
  • Electrical installation and control panel knowledge.
  • HVAC control system awareness.
  • Lighting control software development and best practice.
  • Preferably have knowledge of Siemens BMS/Lighting equipment/systems.

As a Lighting Control Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing lighting control systems for a range of buildings. You will work closely with our client's solutions delivery and design team to ensure that the systems are designed and implemented to meet the client's requirements.

You will have a thorough understanding of building lighting systems and the ability to work autonomously with key clients. You will also have experience in lighting/control system design, software configuration, graphic generation, panel design/production, installation, and commissioning.

Additionally, you will have experience in lighting systems, stand-alone controllers, and energy/power monitoring systems and interpretation of client specifications into working scope document packages. You will also have the ability to carry out pre-sales technical surveys and ensure proper up-to-date and detailed technical records are kept and produce project O&M manuals.
