Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Managing sales performance, achieving targets, and contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to progress sales through to completion.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in new homes sales, preferably within the retirement sector.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to sales and marketing.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000) plus commission, cash for car benefit, annual holiday entitlement, and other perks make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
