Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to represent our solutions to private sector clients, with opportunities to expand into public sector work. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering on forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong client relationships and deliver on forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for your business sector.
• Identify and implement business development strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of software sales experience.
• Knowledge of address management, datasets, and geospatial technology.
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop trusted client relationships.
• Experience in relevant sectors, such as land & property, energy, or financial markets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving licence with willingness to travel.
Salary: £65k plus commission.
