Business Growth Specialist

Are you a sales professional looking to expand your horizons in the logistics sector? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at GRN Search Group Ltd. as a Business Growth Specialist in Northern Ireland.
About the RoleIn this newly created role, you will be responsible for mapping the market in Northern Ireland and growing and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Operations team to deliver smooth implementation of new business and manage and update the sales pipeline and its implications on budgets and forecasts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the transport and logistics industry
- Developing and utilising sales leads via phone, email, and face-to-face visits
- Monitoring market conditions and development potential
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Business-to-business sales experience, including new business development and account management
- Competency in Microsoft Office, sales lead tools, and CRM systems
- A solid understanding of the sales cycle process and the method of selling a solution
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience) plus performance-related bonuses, a company car, laptop, phone, and enhanced company benefits including annual leave entitlement, CPD, pension, and more.
