Sales and Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Growth Leader to join our dynamic team at REED Specialist Recruitment. As a Sales and Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and meet set targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet set targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients
- Leading key events, overseeing logistics and event team management
- Ensuring all business activities align with our mission to support individuals with learning difficulties and autism
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales and Events Manager or similar role
- Strong ability to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed targets
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of maintaining significant customer and client relationships
- Experience in managing and leading events, including logistics and team management
- Commitment to the values and mission of supporting individuals with learning difficulties and autism
