We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- To assist with the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
- To provide excellent customer service to employees and managers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- To work closely with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment law and company policies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
