**Community Living Advocate Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Community Living Advocate to join our team in Newbury. As a Community Living Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives in their communities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating community-based activities and events
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained

**Salary and Benefits:

**A competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, paid on a weekly basis

A comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities

**Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a related field or role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
