**Job Description**

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer service and healthcare advice to customers. You will be responsible for managing pharmacy staff, ensuring they are available to meet customer needs, and providing leadership training to support career development.

  • You will supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
  • You will play an active role in our charities support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • You will use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Pharmacy Degree.
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • A DBS check (organised by us).
