Job Title: Community Outreach Worker

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide support, risk assessment, and advocacy to clients who have experienced domestic abuse in West Berkshire.

The successful candidate will be based primarily in West Berkshire but may involve working across all areas. Their role is to empower clients, prioritizing their safety and that of their children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide confidential and safeguarding support to clients
  • Assess risks and develop strategies to ensure client safety
  • Offer information and advocacy to clients and their families
  • Build strong relationships with professional agencies

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a confidential environment, understanding of domestic abuse, and its impact on families. A full driving license and access to transport are desirable.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a confidential and safeguarding environment

Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 per annum

Working Conditions:
  • Based primarily in West Berkshire with potential for cross-area work
  • Fast-paced environment requiring strong relationship-building skills
