About the Role:

The Workshop is seeking a highly driven and tenacious Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Internal Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our product range, expanding business with existing electrical wholesalers, and encouraging repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide competitive quotations and technical support for UK manufactured products.
  • Identify and source opportunities to create a consistent pipeline.
  • Increase brand awareness in the electrical wholesale industry.
  • Gain new customers and sales via proactive daily calls.
  • Work to exceed monthly sales, calls, and new business targets.
  • Collate pricing, products, and market feedback.
  • Liaise with line manager regarding project lead times and deliveries.
  • Provide excellent and professional customer service to all clients.
  • Weekly reporting on project forecast.

Person Requirements:

  • You're a highly driven, tenacious sales person and a great communicator at all levels.
  • You have the ability to deliver consistently.
  • You are able to manage and motivate yourself to produce results.
  • You will have a conscientious and personable approach.
  • You will be ambitious and thrive on success.
  • You will be eager to learn and adopt new skills.
  • Able to work within a team daily whilst maintaining own daily targets.

Experience:

  • A track record of account management and or internal sales.
  • Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Benefits:

  • £27,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission structure.
  • 23 Days holiday + BH.
  • Free Car Parking.
