Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Account Representative to join our team in the Southern Areas. As a Field Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain valuable, long-term trading relationships with customers
- Professionally represent and uphold the company's values and brand
- Achieve and surpass budget sales and efficiency targets
- Manage distribution, effective merchandising, and product placement
- Explore and implement new channels of opportunity and distribution
- Optimise time and resources to maximise productivity
- Maintain excellent communication, administration, and paperwork for all sales and promotional activities
- Manage appointments and timekeeping according to the agreed daily schedule
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales environment
- Full UK Driving License
- Clear communicator with excellent relationship management skills
- Driven, competitive, and challenge-oriented
- Strong commercial awareness and integrity
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of working individually and within a team
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- IT literate with strong analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Office
