Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multi-professional teams.
  • Contribute to the development of our care home teams, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of care we provide.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in nursing care.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will have a degree in Nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our Residents.
