Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our Residents, working closely with multi-professional teams to deliver exceptional support and kindness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to Residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive care environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified.
  • Experience in a nursing role is preferred.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for delivering exceptional Resident experiences.
