Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, providing Kind Care and support in a nurse-led environment.
Main Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse with HC-One, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with our multi-professional teams
- Collaborating with our care home teams to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent Resident outcomes
Person Specification
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:
- A valid Pin number and a degree in Nursing
- Experience working in a care home environment, with a passion for delivering Kind Care
