Job SummaryWe're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are respected at all times.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care is maintained and improved.
- Provide guidance and support to our care assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in our quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies that enhance the care we provide.
