Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to practice in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with HC-One, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with multi-professional teams
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Participating in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:

  • A valid Pin number and a degree in Nursing
  • Experience working in a care home environment, preferably with a focus on Kind Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Residents, families, and colleagues
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on patient-centered practice
