Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents. You will be working in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills, and building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with Residents and their loved ones.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, your main duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality care to our Residents, including administering medication, wound care, and other treatments as required.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each Resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that our Residents receive the best possible care.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our Residents, and helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin number.
  • Experience of working in a care home environment, preferably with a focus on Kind Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
