Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with Residents and their loved ones, while providing Kind Care and making a difference to people in need.
Main Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse with HC-One, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our Residents, working closely with multi-professional teams to develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities as you progress in your career.
Person Specification
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a commitment to their profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. A degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified is essential for this role.
