Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a Registered Nurse with HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, providing Kind Care and support in a nurse-led environment.
Main Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse with HC-One, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with our multi-professional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Residents.
- Building meaningful relationships with our Residents, their families, and our care home teams, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
Person Specification
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:
- A valid Pin number and a degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience working in a care home environment, with a passion for delivering Kind Care and making a difference in the lives of others.
