Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development of our care home teams, mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
- Advocate for our residents, promoting their rights and dignity, and ensuring their voices are heard.
- Participate in safeguarding training and take an active role in recognizing and reporting concerns.
