Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a Registered Nurse with HC One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Residents.
- Collaborate with our care teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in nursing care.
- Valid Pin number and commitment to the standards of practice set by the NMC.
- Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Commitment to delivering person-centered care and promoting the well-being of our Residents.
