Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant at Dovehaven Lodge in Preston. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the daily running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care and service
  • Providing personal and practical care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living
  • Collaborating with other staff members to maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
