We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Dementia Care Specialist to join our team at Cedar Garden in Preston. This role involves providing assistance, personal care, and companionship to residents with dementia, while maintaining their dignity and respect. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dementia care principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekend shifts and maintain accurate records for each resident. In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive training and development opportunities.
