Job Description:

We are recruiting for Process Leaders for a leading confectionary company in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is essential due to site location. This is an excellent opportunity with clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of one manufacturing process on an ongoing basis, following systems and procedures to achieve the required quality and efficiencies.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Production Specifications are adhered to.

Working Arrangements:

Monday to Friday.
