About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about promoting equality and challenging discrimination. As a Cultural Inclusion Champion, you will work closely with our teams to identify and address issues related to equality, inclusion, and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to investigating teams and disciplinary panels
  • Identifying and challenging any issues of less favorably treatment, discrimination, and unconscious or conscious bias
  • Ensuring that all decisions are made fairly and consistently applied
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge in a diplomatic manner
  • A basic understanding of Equality and Human Rights legislation
  • Strong analytical skills to review data and develop options
  • Assertive, self-confident, and self-motivated

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. Benefits include annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
