Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality support to children and young people with SEND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children with SEND.
  • Supervise and engage with children during playtime and other activities, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that promote inclusion and diversity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
  • Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices, as well as a good understanding of how children and those with SEND learn.
  • Patient, compassionate, and genuinely interested in the well-being and development of children.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
