Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at Bartley Green Lodge Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, supporting them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting, or a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
