About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing their finances.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced management team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a right to work in the UK.
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be willing to undergo a DBS check and provide references.
