We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and preparing meals.
- Assist clients with medication administration and other daily tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be willing to undergo industry-leading training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
