We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and preparing meals.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as administering medication and providing companionship.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced management team to ensure the best possible care and support for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.
- Must be willing to undergo industry-leading training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
