Complex Care Role for Young Adult with Brain Injury
We are seeking a caring and patient support worker to join our client's care team. Our client is a young man in his 20s with a brain injury and complex care needs. He requires structure, routine, and support with everyday tasks to access the community and social activities.
The ideal support worker will have a calm nature, excellent communication skills, and experience with complex care and personal care. You will need to be a driver with a full UK driving licence and willing to drive our client's adapted vehicle to appointments and leisure activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our client with daily tasks and activities
- Support our client with communication using Eye Gaze and body language
- Drive our client's adapted vehicle to appointments and leisure activities
- Work a rolling rota, including alternate weekends
