We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team in Northfield and surrounding areas.
Your role will involve supporting our clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, cooking, and domestic tasks. You'll also provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to those you care for.
As a Care Companion, you'll be part of a dynamic team that uses technology to streamline administrative tasks and enhance outcomes. Our predictive technology and risk alerts empower our care teams to make informed decisions and act quickly, resulting in fewer hospitalisations and reduced fall risks for our clients.
