Support Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to identify and address client needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote independence and well-being.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for clients, including adherence to infection control and health and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as complex care, medication management, and communication techniques.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in complex care and personal care, with a focus on supporting individuals with brain injuries and complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of clients.
