Role Overview:
National Services for Health Improvement (NSHI) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Diabetes Specialist Clinical Advisor to join its team of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care to improve patient outcomes, in line with local and national Diabetes guidelines (NG28).
As a key member of the team, you will work in a proactive manner to identify sub-optimally controlled patients and develop strategies to improve their care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with Diabetes, in line with national guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address these.
- Contribute to the development of local and national Diabetes guidelines.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent clinical skills and experience in Diabetes care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of national Diabetes guidelines and quality improvement principles.
