About the Role
The Canterbury Bell is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join its dynamic front-end team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service at the front end, ensuring a positive atmosphere and building rapport with our guests.
  • To assist customers with inquiries, providing detailed information about our menu offerings and making recommendations when necessary.
  • To handle customer transactions accurately, utilizing the point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company guidelines.
  • To collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and meet customer expectations.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • An understanding of food safety regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
