We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our hotel team at Travelodge Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer-focused strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Motivate and coach hotel staff to achieve high standards of customer service.
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop targeted action plans to drive improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in a customer-facing industry, preferably in hospitality.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and company policies.
