About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Baristas to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
- Train and develop Baristas to improve their skills and knowledge
- Manage stock levels, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement changes to drive growth
About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a natural team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
