Barista Team Leader

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Maximize sales by utilizing team members' strengths
- Train and accredit new Baristas
- Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
- Drive high standards in quality and customer satisfaction
About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is reliable, has team leadership experience, and is willing to take on shared responsibility. You should be able to learn quickly, be bold and action-oriented, and have a flexible approach to work.
