About the Role

As a Barista Maestro at Costa Coffee, you'll be part of a dynamic team that shares a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work closely with colleagues, and contribute to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and teamwork. You'll be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
