About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Baristas to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
- Train and develop Baristas to improve their skills and knowledge
- Manage stock levels, health and safety, and store marketing
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotions
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
