About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering unbeatable experiences
- Maximize sales by utilizing team members' talents
- Train and accredit new Baristas
- Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
- Drive high standards in quality and customer satisfaction
About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people. You'll need to be reliable, have team leadership experience, and be willing to take on shared responsibility.
