Clinical Psychologist in Paediatric Renal Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the Paediatric Renal Service at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with the medical service multidisciplinary team to provide a specialist clinical psychology service for children and young people with renal conditions.
Main Duties
The main duties of the role will involve working with children and young people through consultation, direct work, and attending multidisciplinary clinics. The postholder will be based predominantly at the Children's Hospital QMC campus and will be part of a welcoming and growing Clinical Psychology Department.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level DClinPsy in clinical psychology, current HCPC registration, and experience of working with people with medical/chronic physical health conditions. They will also have excellent communication and relationship skills, as well as the ability to develop and use complex multi-media materials for presentations.
