Administrative Support Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
- Provide advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone
- Conduct show-arounds within the care home
- Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties
- Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed
