Branch Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Branch Assistant to join our team at Quay – SBD. As a key member of our trade counter team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized trade counter area and warehouse.
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Support health and safety compliance and multi-drop deliveries.
- Contribute to achieving branch performance targets.
- Provide cover in the branch when required.
Requirements:
- A friendly and welcoming attitude with energy and passion for delivering customer satisfaction.
- Be versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
- A full valid driving license is essential, with a forklift truck license being a plus.
- Previous experience in a driving role is advantageous, but not essential.
- Good organizational skills and IT literacy are required.
- Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential, as the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of this experience.
