Marketing Coordinator

Crew Clothing Head Office is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping and elevating the company's brand presence. Your primary focus will be on delivering impactful marketing strategies for Crew, while also having the opportunity to work across other iconic brands, including Ben Sherman and Pringle.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Assist the Marketing Team in implementing and measuring the success of seasonal customer-focused marketing plans to deliver brand, seasonal, and product stories through an integrated campaign plan.
- Responsible for the production and coordination of marketing campaign assets, ensuring they are on brand, delivered on schedule, and to budget.
- Be a guardian of brand consistency across all customer touch-points, including in-store, events, social media, and journal.
- Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in managing the marketing budget, identifying savings where possible, and ensuring effective use of spend.
- Report on campaign success and provide insights for future improvements.
Local Marketing
- Be the first point of contact for the Retail Marketing Manager and respond to the Retail Helpdesk within 24 hours.
- Be accountable for all store marketing requests and keep the business calendar up to date with all local marketing activity.
- Act as a direct liaison with stores, continuously building relationships with the teams.
- Assist with new store openings and individual store events, including pre, during, and post evaluation.
- Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in delivering seasonal projects and in-store events.
Sponsorship Marketing
- Plan, create, brief in, and deliver Crew's marketing entitlements across all sporting partnerships, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Create launch plans for all sponsorship licensed ranges and present to partners for sign off.
- Track and analyze licensed range sales and customer acquisition, reporting on how to amplify the offering to partner databases.
- Be the point of contact for all marketing-related queries from partners.
- Plan, create, and deliver a competition calendar to drive new customers and sales.
- Work with partners on video content to engage with partner databases.
- Highlight key events and fixtures across the year to drive product sales and customer acquisition.
Event Delivery and Ambassadors
- Assist with the delivery of Summer of Sport events.
- Manage product requirements for all Crew ambassadors, influencers, and celebrities.
- Work with the Sponsorship Project Manager to identify opportunities to activate partnerships at events.
- Assist the Retail Marketing team with the delivery of in-store events.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years in a similar marketing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Good attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong interest in marketing and PR.
