Healthcare Support Professional

Quantum Care is a well-established organisation providing care services to over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker.
Responsibilities- To provide person-centred care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and support.
- No prior experience in a care environment is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to equip you for this role.
- You must be a positive and empathetic individual with good communication skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Aged 18 years or over.
- A competitive salary (£23,000 - £25,000 per annum), with enhancements for weekend and Bank Holiday work.
