Job Title: Programme Management Specialist

Description: We are seeking an experienced Programme Management Specialist to join our team at South Yorkshire Housing Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Coproduction and Peer Support Worker services, managing the Changing Futures team, overseeing the programme budget, and working closely with commissioners and stakeholders.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous line management experience, programme management experience, and a good understanding of multiple disadvantages. You will also need excellent organisational and observational skills, as well as the ability to solve problems and work independently.
