Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Practice Management Specialist to join our team at Primary Care Management Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of all clinical and administrative staff.
  • Direct line management of senior staff members, including Practice Managers and Administrators.
  • Develop and implement effective succession planning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Manage the financial elements of the practice, including budgets and petty cash.
  • Brief partners on financial matters, including forecasting and year-end figures.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
