About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our People team in Birmingham. As an integral part of our Huel family, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk systems, including Slack inquiries, visitor calendar, and guest sign-ins.
  • Provide exceptional visitor experience by addressing inquiries, guiding visitors, and connecting them to the right resources.
  • Coordinate daily operations in reception, meeting rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Support on-site events, handling setup and guest experience.

You will work closely with internal teams to maintain a smooth-running office, ensuring all shared spaces are properly maintained and reporting any maintenance issues as needed. Your excellent communication and relationship-building skills will be essential in building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

We estimate that this role is suitable for someone earning around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
